Kentucky Map of KYPIRC Locations The Kentucky Parent Information & Resource Center is a statewide program. KYPIRC (pronounced k - y - perk) is operated by the Ohio Valley Educational Foundation whose central location is in Shelbyville, Kentucky. There are 3 Regional Training Centers. Region 1 is in Western Kentucky. Region 2 is in North Central Kentucky and Region 3 is in Eastern Kentucky. The Main Office is in Shelbyville, KY.
